Choose Me

For Organizations Serving Survivors
If Dawn Sent You Here

You know Dawn Manske. Here's why she sent this over.

Dawn and I were on a call and she mentioned that some in her network may find this genuinely valuable. What she sent you is not a cold pitch. It's a purpose-built page for people already doing the work in survivor space, so you can decide in three minutes whether any of this is worth another five.

The short version: I've written a six-book memoir series drawn from nearly twenty years of my own journals, documenting assaults I didn't call assaults and rapes I didn't call rape, until I was thirty-five. It documents the addiction, mental health issues, eating disorder, and self-worth issues that came on as a result. The healing journey took nearly two decades. And it holds the redemption arcs of at least three other characters that mirror my own, which will land for so many people who have carried these things quietly.

I'm looking for organizations doing meaningful work in this space to partner with in ways that serve their mission first. Not sponsors. Not a marketing lift for a book. Actual mission-to-mission partnership, at whatever depth makes sense for you.

If Dawn vouches for something, it's worth the three minutes. Thank her later.

The Story · Briefly

What the books actually are.

Choose Me is a six-book memoir series drawn from nearly twenty years of journals. It is the record of assaults and rapes that I didn't truly see as assaults or rapes until I was thirty-five, an eating disorder I documented for a decade, self-worth issues that were a cause and effect, mental health and intimacy issues that resulted from all of it, a marriage that was never right, and the man I finally married eighteen years after our first day of college, with a redemption arc of his own. Book One, Wanting, is shooting for a launch this winter, and the series rolls out through 2028.

Recognition started to arrive the day I finally read the journals back. On a plane home from a work event. Six volumes across two flights. The truth had been sitting on the page the whole time, in my own handwriting, written by a girl who did not have the words yet for what was happening to her. That is the rare thing about this series: the evidence is contemporaneous. Not memoir reconstructed from memory. The actual pages. It truly arrived after I processed all twenty years of those journals with AI, and finally gave myself a place to process, ask the hard questions, and explore the emotions without fear of judgment, gossip, or minimization.

The story isn't six books of trauma porn. It's a story of success through challenges. I built a multiple seven-figure business through all of it, which matters here because it means the story does not end in open wound. It ends in proof. The books are written as a novel, entertaining, with real journal entries woven throughout, poetry between chapters, and point-of-view sections from other characters in the story. They open with a letter from a mother to a daughter, and that frame holds the entire series. I am telling the truth about the girl I was so my own girl never has to learn it the hard way.

Who This Is Built For

Six kinds of organizations this can serve.

Because the story sits at the intersection of unnamed assault, addiction, mental health, disordered eating, and self-worth, it lands in a lot of adjacent worlds. Here are the six most likely to find something genuinely usable. Your work probably fits at least one, and often two.

01

Sexual Assault & Survivor Recovery

Rape crisis centers, sexual assault survivor services, RAINN-adjacent organizations, DV shelters, human trafficking recovery, survivor-led programs. The people doing the direct work of walking alongside someone through the after.

What this series gives themA narrative resource for the women they serve, one that names the pattern most survivors are still trying to find language for, and does it through story rather than clinical framing. Specifically valuable for survivors who "don't think it was that bad," which is the population most services struggle to reach.
02

Addiction & Recovery

Sober curious and gray-area-drinking communities, women's recovery programs, high-functioning-addiction platforms, faith-based recovery, harm reduction and criminal-justice-reform orgs working with women.

What this series gives themA documented case of high-functioning addiction that never fit the picture, with a criminal record and seven months on an ankle monitor woven through the arc. And the connective tissue back to trauma: the drinking and the pills as consequences of assaults that were never named.
03

Mental Health & Self-Worth

Women's mental health platforms, high-functioning depression programs, trauma-informed therapy networks, self-worth and confidence-building organizations, teen and young adult mental health services.

What this series gives themThe invisible-suffering-of-capable-women arc, plus the throughline your clients already know but rarely see on the page: how unnamed trauma reroutes into depression, anxiety, disordered eating, intimacy issues, and the belief that you are not worth choosing.
04

Eating Disorder & Body Image

Eating disorder recovery programs, body image organizations, adolescent and young adult ED services, EDAW-aligned platforms, parents-of-daughters programs, intuitive eating communities.

What this series gives themA decade-long undiagnosed disorder, documented from age twelve in real time and never named until the journals were read back. Method-free by design. The rare adult-onset-recognition arc for the case profile ED services keep missing.
05

Clinical & Professional Training

SANE-certified forensic nurses, crimes-against-children units, advocate certification programs, forensic educators, law enforcement trauma training, MDT teams, trauma-informed care trainers.

What this series gives themA first-person case study of the eighteen-year gap between assault and recognition, useful two ways: as reading material to understand the survivor experience from the inside, and as a resource clinicians can then hand to their own clients when appropriate.
06

Faith-Based Healing & Women's Ministry

Christian women's ministries doing recovery and healing work, faith-based shelters, church-adjacent survivor programs, chaplaincy in DV and trafficking contexts, faith-and-recovery organizations. Wherever testimony and hope are core to the work.

What this series gives themA twenty-year, journal-documented faith journey, holding-cell prayer to baptism to surrender, that speaks to the woman whose faith is complicated and whose testimony is honest rather than tidy.

Adjacent fits also welcomed: young women's empowerment programs, mother-daughter and generational-pattern organizations, aligned-mission product businesses. If your work touches any of the themes above, there's likely a partnership shape that fits.

How This Serves Your Mission

Seven ways to partner, from light-touch to deep.

None of these require anyone to become a marketing arm for a book. Every one is designed to serve the organization first. Pick what fits, ignore what doesn't.

01 · Cross-Promotion, Reciprocal by Default

Lightest touch
Any org type

A single email or social post to your community offering a significantly discounted copy of Book One, framed as a resource your organization has vetted and recommends. No hard sell. Just: "this book named a pattern many of you have been carrying without language for, we thought you should know it exists."

And this goes both ways. The default assumption is I promote you back. I'll post about your organization and tag you, list you as a recommended resource in the back of Book One and every subsequent book, feature you on choosemeseries.com, and send your work to my own email list. So a single email to your community becomes a durable, cross-directional referral relationship, not a one-way ask.

  • What we provide. Discount code, ready-to-use email copy, ready-to-use social posts, cover art, blurbs from other survivors and advocates. Plus the reciprocal promotion above.
  • What you provide. One send to your list, or one post. That is the entire lift on your side.
  • Optional. A share of any revenue from your community, if that's structurally useful for your org.

02 · Bulk Copies at Member Pricing

Light to medium touch
Direct-support & ministry orgs

Books at wholesale or better for organizations that want to keep copies in their offices, shelters, or programs, or hand them to the women they serve. Faith-based ministries have historically loved this model because it turns a book into a discipleship resource that survivors can pass on to other survivors.

  • What we provide. Deep bulk pricing (tiered), fulfillment direct to your org or program locations, optional inscription or dedication page for gifted copies.
  • What you provide. A ballpark quantity and a purpose. That's it.
  • Fit note. Ideal for orgs that already put resources into the hands of their community, and for faith-based programs that use books in group study or one-on-one work.

03 · Beta Readers & Advance Endorsements

Light to medium touch
Any org type with readers in it

Before Book One prints, I want it in the hands of people who love to read, who are hungry for a real story that is unique and touches on the work they do, and who would be willing to provide an honest endorsement afterward. Not clinical review. Just readers reading a book and telling me what they thought.

  • What we provide. An advance reading copy, digital or physical, whatever the reader prefers.
  • What you provide. A name or two of a reader in your network who would want this. Or your own name, if that's you.
  • What we ask in return. An honest endorsement blurb, an Amazon or Goodreads review on launch day, or both. Nothing performative, whatever they actually feel after reading.
  • Fit note. Especially valuable if the reader also has any kind of public voice or platform in the survivor, mental health, faith, or women's leadership space.

04 · iamseen.ai Beta Testing for Your Community

Light touch
Any org whose members journal, process, or use AI

iamseen.ai is my AI-based journaling app, currently in beta (full details below). I would love to offer it to your members or community as beta testers, with the direct value being a free, private, safety-guardrailed journaling tool designed specifically for people carrying things they haven't said out loud, and the return being real feedback that helps us make it better before wide release.

  • What we provide. Free beta access for your community, a simple onboarding link, an in-app feedback path, and a co-branded landing page if that's useful for your org.
  • What you provide. An announcement to your members or community that this exists and is available.
  • Fit note. Especially strong for orgs whose members are already turning to ChatGPT or Claude to process past experiences, which turns out to be a significant and mostly invisible population.

05 · Clinical Review of Companion Resources & the App

Medium touch
Clinical, professional, ministry orgs

The books are my story, told the way I lived it, so they are not clinically scrubbed. But the companion workbook resources being built to coincide with the series, and the iamseen.ai app itself, absolutely should be. Those are the pieces where language matters clinically, where a wrong prompt could unintentionally harm, and where field-level review from people who actually do this work is the real safeguard.

  • What we provide. Draft workbook materials and access to iamseen.ai, a structured review form, credit in the finished materials if the reviewer wants it, and a physical book copy on launch.
  • What you provide. An intro to one reviewer (forensic nurse, SA advocate, trauma-informed therapist, ministry leader), or a name I can reach out to directly.
  • Why this matters. The companion tools are what turn the story into something clinicians and advocates can actually deploy in their work. Getting the language right requires the people in the field.

06 · Guest Speaking at Your Events

Medium to deep touch
Any org type with a stage

I'm a trained speaker. I've stood on the Social Media Marketing World main stage and led rooms of a thousand-plus. I can bring the survivor story, the recognition arc, the letter-to-a-daughter frame, or the AI-as-recognition angle to any kind of room, and I calibrate for the audience. A survivor gathering. A professional-training conference. A donor event. A Christian women's ministry gathering. A business-leader summit. Different rooms, same throughline.

  • What we provide. Keynote, breakout, panel appearance, or fireside chat depending on what your event needs. Handled professionally, no hand-holding required.
  • What you provide. The date, the audience context, and what you want them to walk out feeling.
  • Fit note. Especially strong for events pairing personal narrative with a call to action for the audience to do something concrete for survivors.

07 · Companion Materials Advisory Board Seat

Deepest touch
Clinical & ministry orgs

I want to build workbook-style companion resources to coincide with the books, plus continue developing iamseen.ai's clinical safety protocols. I'm assembling a small board of practitioners to help shape both, so nothing is theoretical and nothing lands wrong. This is a long-term, low-frequency commitment, not a heavy lift.

  • What we provide. A seat on the advisory board, meaningful say in what the companion resources and the app's clinical language look like, recognition in the finished materials, and any revenue-share or licensing structure the board decides makes sense.
  • What you provide. Occasional review sessions, honest feedback, and expertise you already have.
  • Note. To be clear: this seat governs the companion tools and the app, not the memoir itself. The books are the lived record. The companion work is what makes them useful in professional practice, and that's the part that needs your voices at the table.
A Companion Resource · Ready Today

iamseen.ai is live.

iamseen.ai is an AI-based journaling app I built alongside the books. It came out of the process of feeding my own twenty years of journals into AI and having the experience of finally seeing my own patterns clearly. That process, more than anything else in my life, was what let me name what had happened to me. The app is designed to give that recognition experience to other people, safely.

It is not therapy. It is not a chatbot. It is a private journaling tool with memory, pattern recognition, and hard guardrails, built specifically for people who have things they have never said out loud, and might never say to another human. It is currently in beta, and I am looking for real users with real things to work through who can help me make it better before it goes wide.

Onboarding for depthUsers choose "dive deep" or "start slow," with a full backstory questionnaire that shapes every subsequent question.
Pattern recognition across timeThe app remembers previous entries and surfaces recurring themes, without the user having to remind it what they wrote before.
Safety-first designInstant hide, no-validation instruction (it will not just tell you what you want to hear), automatic redirection to crisis resources when needed.
Private, not exposedGuardrails on how data is used, unlike the general-purpose AI platforms many survivors are already turning to for the same purpose.

If you know someone who has been quietly using ChatGPT or Claude as a therapist for things they've never said out loud, they'll recognize themselves in this. Send them the link. Beta feedback from people with real things to work through is exactly what makes this better.

About Allie · Beyond the Books

Why partnering with me actually delivers.

Nonprofit and mission-driven partnerships often stall because the partner on the other side of the table doesn't have the infrastructure to follow through. That's not this. Here's what I actually do outside of writing.

01

The Allie Way

Multiple seven-figure marketing and coaching company built over eight-plus years, specializing in HighLevel CRM implementation, marketing automation, and full-funnel campaign systems for service businesses and coaches.

Relevant to partnershipMy team can build the marketing systems behind any cross-promotion, event, or launch we do together. You don't have to bring the infrastructure. We already have it.
02

Prophets AI · Patent-Pending

An autonomous AI marketing and sales platform I built on HighLevel using MCP and Claude Code, currently patent-pending (Application No. 19/367,881). One of the earlier commercial AI-native sales systems in the market.

Relevant to partnershipEverything I do is built for AI-native execution, which means partnership campaigns move at a speed most orgs aren't used to. Weeks instead of quarters.
03

Paid Ads & Social Media Advertising

Twelve-plus years running paid ads across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Managed multi-million-dollar ad budgets. Trained thousands of marketers in local marketing, funnel strategy, and paid social.

Relevant to partnershipIf a partnership calls for a paid promotion component (matched-donor campaign, event fill, community expansion), I run the ads. No agency middleman required.
04

Automated Sales & Fulfillment Systems

End-to-end sales workflow architecture: lead capture, automated nurture, appointment booking, follow-up sequences, fulfillment operations. The same systems that power my own business and my clients' businesses.

Relevant to partnershipBulk orders, ARC distribution, event registration, cross-promotion fulfillment, all handled through systems that already work. You get outputs, not overhead.
05

Speaking & Stage Experience

Social Media Marketing World main stage. Multiple SMMW breakout sessions. Keynotes and workshops for HighLevel, industry conferences, and private mastermind events. Trained speaker, not just an author reading her book.

Relevant to partnershipGuest speaking at your event isn't a first-time attempt. It's what I do, calibrated to the room.
06

Reach & Distribution

Fifty-thousand-plus email subscribers, fifty-thousand-plus social following across platforms, established relationships with major marketing and business-development networks including the SMMW, HighLevel, and coaching-industry circles.

Relevant to partnershipThe reciprocal cross-promotion tier is not a symbolic gesture. When I promote your organization, actual eyes and dollars land on your work.
